Having good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.Ultimately, an outstanding HR recruiter should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSourcing relevant profiles through Job boards by Posting job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media.HR Screening of the profiles.
