We're Hiring: Junior HR Executive (0–1 Years Experience)

Location: Pune (On-site)

About the Role

PineCliff Group is a diversified business group with interests across Real Estate, IT Services, and Power. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to join our growing team in Pune.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR operations, recruitment, and people engagement, eager to grow in a fast-paced multi-domain organization.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple verticals (Real Estate, IT & Power)


• Assist in onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities


• Maintain and update employee records & HR documentation


• Coordinate performance reviews and internal communications


• Support office administration and executive assistance activities, including:

  • Managing schedules and meetings for directors

  • Preparing reports and presentations

  • Handling travel arrangements and basic admin tasks


• Contribute to building HR processes and culture across group companies

Qualifications


• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field


• 0–2 years of HR experience (freshers with internships are welcome)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Basic understanding of HR operations, recruitment tools, and MS Office


• Organized, self-driven, and able to multitask across departments
