Mon-Fri 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment & onboarding
  • Handle HR operations & student engagement
  • Maintain records & ensure policy compliance
  • Support performance management & training
  • Proactively approach and establish partnerships with new companies to create placement opportunities for our trained students.
  • Collaborate with companies to understand their hiring needs and align them with the skills of our students.
  • Organize and coordinate placement drives, recruitment events, and interviews.
  • Guide students on interview preparation, resume building, and professional etiquette to increase their employability.
  • Provide regular updates to students about placement opportunities and schedules.
  • Maintain a robust database of companies, recruiters, and hiring partners.
  • Track placement progress and generate reports for management review.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to network and build relationships with corporate stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of IT and technical job markets is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in spoken English is good to have.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

We offer courses on Java, Python, MERN and Web Development mainly. We work with colleges for their workshops, expert/guest lectures, faculty development program and much more. We also provide corporate training. Our aim is to help all the students which come to us to get their first job in IT with our help.
