Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Human Resource Executive to join our team and support HR operations across the organisation. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. The selected candidate will work under the direct supervision of our HR Manager and collaborate closely with different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation accurately
  • Assist in payroll processing, performance appraisal cycles, and HR reporting
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training programmes, and internal communications
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, organisational policies, and HR best practices
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and help resolve workplace issues professionally

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Passion for people management, employee engagement, and organisational development
  • Prior experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement is an advantage
