Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to drive customer engagement, generate new business leads, and support revenue growth. The role requires strong communication, lead handling, and coordination skills in the freight/logistics domain.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and online networking
· Understand customer logistics requirements and offer suitable freight solutions
· Coordinate with the pricing and operations team to prepare quotations and proposals
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
· Regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into business
· Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and daily activity reports
· Stay updated on industry trends, market rates, and competitor activity
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or related field
· Excellent English and Hindi communication and negotiation skills
· Strong sales mindset with ability to close deals
· Familiar with CRM tools, email outreach, and MS Office
· Target-driven, confident, and result-oriented approach
