Accounts and Administration Manager

Accounts & Finance:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain proper fund management.
- Implement financial controls and cost-saving measures.
Administration:
- Manage office operations, procurement, and vendor management.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Handle HR administration tasks such as attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Oversee facility management, maintenance, and company assets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
- Support management in policy implementation and process improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14, ₹35,261.51 per month
