Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant cum Administrator to join our firm. This is a full-time on-site role located in Kannur, and will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, the role includes administrative tasks such as office management, coordinating with vendors, maintaining office supplies, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks as needed, including HR-related duties.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proficient in financial management, accounts payable and receivable, and preparation of financial statements.

Experience with office management, office supply maintenance, and vendor coordination.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle both accounting and administrative responsibilities.

Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA, MCom, or CA/CMA Qualified/Intermediate preferred.

Minimum of 4 to 6 years' experience in accounting with a minimum of 2 years of experience in India Accounting Payroll processing as per Indian labor & Tax regulations.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic tax filing.

Excellent communication skills, effectively leading team calls with various audiences, including customers, team members, and clients, through written and verbal means.

Salary: ₹30,000 per month
