About the Role
We are a US-based construction company looking for a responsible and organized Office Manager to support our daily operations. This is an important role. You will help keep the office, projects, communication, and paperwork running smoothly.
You will work directly with company management.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily office tasks: calls, emails, follow-ups, reminders
- Keep project files, job documents, quotes, invoices, permits, etc. organized
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and calls for management (US Eastern Time)
- Communicate with clients and vendors in a professional way
- Help with basic reporting: daily / weekly updates, status summaries, job progress notes
- Enter and update data in our CRM / spreadsheets
- Assist with simple admin support for payroll hours, invoices, material orders, etc.
- Make sure nothing is "lost" — follow up until tasks are done
Work Timing
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM US EST (this is night shift in India)
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience in office administration / coordination / executive assistant / similar role
- Strong English (written + spoken) to work with US team and customers
- Confident using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets / email / basic CRM or tracking tools
- Well organized, detail-focused, and reliable with follow-up
- Comfortable making professional phone calls when needed
- Able to work independently and keep management updated
- Experience supporting US-based companies or US clients is a strong plus
