Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in the cybersecurity domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and expanding the customer base by offering tailored cybersecurity solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities for cybersecurity products and services.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and demos to explain cybersecurity offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT managers, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions from the company's portfolio.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the technical team for solution designing and post-sales support.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in field sales (IT/Software/Cybersecurity industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of IT products, especially cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, email security, endpoint security, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
