Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Email Marketing Specialist, based in Ahmedabad. The Email Marketing Specialist will focus on creating, monitoring, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include managing email marketing tools, developing automated workflows, analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate leads and drive engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation platforms
  • Strong skills in Marketing Analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies
  • Experience with Lead Generation and campaign execution
  • Excellent Communication abilities for team collaboration and crafting compelling email content
  • Keen attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of latest email marketing trends and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a consulting or SME-driven environment is a plus
