Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns for multiple eCommerce clients.
  • Create segmented mailing lists based on customer behavior, purchase history, and engagement.
  • Develop automated workflows, drip campaigns, cart abandonment sequences, and post-purchase flows.
  • Execute bulk mail campaigns using Mail Merge and other tools as required.

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Coordinate with designers and content writers to create high-quality email templates.
  • Ensure emails are mobile-responsive and optimized for maximum deliverability and conversions.
  • A/B test subject lines, email layouts, CTAs, and send times.

Tools & Platform Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (preferred), Mailchimp, Mail Merge, HubSpot, or other email automation tools.
  • Manage integration of email tools with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce , etc.

Performance Analysis

  • Track, monitor, and report campaign performance (open rates, click rates, conversions, revenue).
  • Optimize campaigns based on insights, benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Maintain deliverability, list hygiene, bounce management, and spam compliance.

Client Communication

  • Interact with clients to understand marketing goals and align email strategies accordingly.
  • Present performance reports and optimization recommendations regularly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support omnichannel marketing strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably for eCommerce brands.
  • Strong knowledge of Klaviyo flows (welcome series, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back).
  • Experience with Mailchimp, Mail Merge, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of email best practices, spam regulations, segmentation strategies, and deliverability.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template editing (preferred)..
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of email metrics and reporting.
  • Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
