Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive/ Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, expanding our customer base, and enhancing our online presence by planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.
As a Business Development Executive/ Digital Marketing Executive, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our online training courses, E-Books, Documentation and Training Kits and other products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop effective digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the corporate sector, educational institutions, and government organizations.
- Pitch Punyam Academy's E-learning courses, training kits, documentation kits and other products to prospective clients, and close sales.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns and generate high-quality leads through digital marketing efforts.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or related field.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of the e-learning industry or certification training is a plus.
- Experience in business development, digital marketing, or sales (1-3 years preferred).
