GR Scholastic LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Email Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in international email marketing. This role is ideal for someone who can craft impactful campaigns, analyze performance, and drive results on a global scale.

What You'll Do

Plan, design, and execute international email campaigns

Manage audience segmentation, personalization & A/B testing

Track & analyze KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions)

Develop & present reports on campaign effectiveness

Maintain and enhance automation processes, ensuring data integrity & compliance

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices & SEO principles

Collaborate with content, design & product teams for brand alignment

What We're Looking For

5+ years of email marketing experience (international focus)

Expertise in HubSpot, Mail jet, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Skilled in analytics, reporting & campaign optimization

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design

Strong project management skills (multi-campaign handling)

Creative, proactive & problem-solving mindset

Kindly note that we are looking for a candidate with expertise in Email Marketing, not from the general Digital Marketing field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹85,000.00 per month
