Sales Team Lead
to drive revenue growth and lead a team of ambitious sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and product offerings.
- Generate reports on team performance, pipeline status, and sales forecasts.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
