Role Overview The Team Lead – Partner Recruitment Team (PRT) will be responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers and Partner Recruiters focused on identifying, onboarding, and activating new financial partners on the Wealthy platform. This role requires strong leadership, target orientation, and a hands-on approach to managing sales pipelines and partner conversions in a fast-paced digital sales environment
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management & Leadership
○ Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Partner Relationship Managers.
○ Set performance targets and ensure consistent achievement through structured reviews and performance tracking.
○ Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on partner success.
- Partner Recruitment & Activation
○ Oversee end-to-end partner sourcing, onboarding, and activation processes.
○ Support the team in driving partner acquisition through digital and offline channels.
○ Ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities and platform familiarization.
- Business Development & Conversion
○ Monitor lead flow, pipeline management, and conversion ratios.
○ Identify opportunities for business growth through partner engagement.
○ Drive accountability across the team for meeting activation and revenue targets.
- Training & Development
○ Train new team members on product knowledge, sales processes, and CRM tools.
○ Conduct regular refreshers on Wealthy's value proposition and product suite.
○ Share market insights and feedback to enhance recruitment strategies
- Reporting & Process Adherence
○ Ensure accurate documentation and CRM updates for all partner activities.
○ Maintain compliance with internal policies, business ethics, and regulatory norms.
○ Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
Requirements
● Graduate degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
● 4+ years of experience in team handling, sales, business development, or partner recruitment, preferably in financial services, fintech, or mutual fund distribution.
● Proven ability to manage targets and lead sales teams effectively.
● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
● Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and digital sales tools.
