Role Overview
As a Team Lead – Sales at Crack-ED, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives to drive candidate conversions and revenue. You will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle — from candidate acquisition to corporate alignment — ensuring targets are met while maintaining highquality engagement. This role demands a mix of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor and optimize the candidate pipeline to ensure consistent flow aligned with client and program requirements.
• Drive conversions by tracking candidate progress from initial contact to corporate selection and onboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Corporate Relations teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for better efficiency.
• Report performance insights and revenue outcomes to senior management on a regular basis.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
