Role & responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Execution: Lead and manage key projects to support enterprise account operations and business development, overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives and the transition of new business.
  • Client Relationship Management: Drive client satisfaction by preparing and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring contract compliance, and acting as a trusted advisor by identifying and recommending security solutions.
  • Performance & Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to drive the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), report on compliance, and provide actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • Operational & Financial Oversight: Guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of core administrative functions, including payroll, billing, accounts receivable, and scheduling, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
  • Incident & Risk Management: Serve as a key point of contact for responding to critical incidents at client sites, ensuring swift resolution and mitigation of security issues.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team by leading recruitment, managing performance, and fostering professional development to create a clear succession plan and enhance workplace satisfaction.
