Salary Range:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and confident Tele Sales Executive
to handle inbound and outbound sales calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Lead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate and meet monthly sales targets.

2. Customer Communication

  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide complete information.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

3. Database Management

  • Maintain customer data, call logs, and follow-up schedules.
  • Update CRM or Excel sheets with accurate information.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made and sales achieved.

4. Coordination

  • Coordinate with the sales team for field visits and closures.
  • Share customer requirements and feedback with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in tele-calling or tele-sales (mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and strong follow-up ability.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience & performance)
