Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive based in New Delhi. The Tele Sales Executive will proactively engage with potential clients over the phone to identify and generate sales opportunities. This includes presenting products and services, understanding customer needs, and building strong relationships to close deals. The role also involves achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining customer databases, and collaborating with team members to enhance overall sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tele Sales, Cold Calling, and Customer Engagement skills
- Strong Communication, Relationship Building, and Negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in maintaining customer databases
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic on-site environment
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
