Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Tele-Sales Executive. The role involves engaging with potential clients via phone to promote and sell Socialfly's services, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and providing market insights to improve strategies. The Tele-Sales Executive will play a key role in maintaining effective communication with clients and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, client engagement, and lead generation
  • Ability to meet sales targets and manage time effectively
  • Experience in CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs
  • Passion for sales and a customer-focused approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in tele-sales or customer acquisition is an advantage
