About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Tele Sales Executive with a strong background in IT or software sales. The ideal candidate must be confident in English communication, capable of handling both warm and cold leads, and familiar with hosting, domain, and server-related products. This is a target-driven role focused on converting B2B leads into clients for IT and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Sales

  • Manage inbound (warm) and outbound (cold) leads
  • Conduct persuasive tele-sales calls to pitch IT, cloud, and hosting services
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
  • Schedule demos or connect clients with technical teams when required

Customer Management

  • Maintain an updated CRM with lead notes and progress
  • Follow up consistently to drive conversions
  • Manage post-call follow-ups, email communications, and proposal sharing
  • Work with sales/technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Reporting & Targets

  • Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
  • Maintain daily call logs, activity reports, and pipeline updates
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and customer requirements

Requirements

Mandatory

  • 24 years of experience in IT / Software / Cloud Services sales
  • English communication (spoken + written)
  • Ability to handle both cold and warm leads effectively
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
