Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller Executive located in Delhi, India. The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential clients, providing information about loan products, and guiding clients through the lending process. The role includes maintaining accurate records of client interactions, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to explain loan products clearly and concisely
  • Customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in telecalling or sales roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
