  • Clearly explain the features, terms, and benefits of the loan products.
  1. Lead Generation:
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Record and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
  1. Target Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team goals.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on loan products, interest rates, and industry trends.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding loan eligibility and application process.
  1. Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Follow ethical sales practices and maintain customer confidentiality.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12th pass; higher education is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
