Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Tele Sales Executive with experience in the sports nutrition or supplement industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into sales, and maintaining good customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to sports nutrition products.
  • Explain product details, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat orders.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts team for order and payment updates.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
  • Keep updated knowledge about sports nutrition products and ongoing offers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months – 2 years in Tele Sales (Sports Nutrition or related field preferred).
  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Knowledge of health, fitness, and nutrition products will be an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM entry).
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
