Service Coordinator

Role: The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating service and maintenance activities for ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA Systems, other low-voltage infrastructure. They act as the link between clients, service engineers, and management to ensure timely delivery and quality of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule service and maintenance tasks for field technicians.
- Assign technicians based on expertise and availability.
- Coordinate with clients to confirm service appointments.
Track job progress and ensure timely completion.
Customer Communication
Serve as the first point of contact for service requests, complaints, or queries.
- Provide clients with service reports, updates, and follow-up on outstanding issues.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving concerns efficiently.
Technical Documentation
Maintain accurate records of service calls, maintenance logs, job cards, and reports.
- Update CRM or service management systems with job details and technician feedback.
Track warranties, service agreements, and renewal dates.
Inventory & Resource Management
Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables required for ELV system servicing.
- Coordinate with procurement/logistics for materials and tools required by technicians.
