Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven
Business Development Executive
with strong skills in
bidding on freelance portals (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer)
and
social media lead generation
. The candidate will play a vital role in acquiring new clients, preparing proposals, and driving software product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on potential projects across
    Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn
    .
  • Write tailored, compelling proposals to secure projects.
  • Generate qualified leads via
    social media, email campaigns, and online channels
    .
  • Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements and prepare accurate proposals.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to explore new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–5 years of experience in
    IT Sales / Business Development / Online Bidding
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn bidding strategies
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
    .
