to We are looking for a Recovery Team Lead to oversee and guide our recovery/collections team, ensuring performance targets are achieved while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards .

Location : Sion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of recovery/collections executives to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Monitor team performance through reports, dashboards, and call reviews, ensuring adherence to recovery strategies.
  • Allocate cases and accounts effectively for optimized recovery and fair distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (RBI, legal, and company policies).
  • Handle escalated cases, negotiate settlements, and provide resolutions for complex accounts.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team performance and communication skills.
  • Prepare and share MIS/reports with senior management on recovery performance, outstanding accounts, and key risks.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and other departments on recovery strategies and escalations.
  • Drive process improvements to increase recovery efficiency while maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or recovery MIS tools.
  • Good understanding of recovery processes, collection strategies, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in collections/recovery, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred.
