  • Prior Consumer Sales Experience in Telecom, FMCG, Insurance, Retail, Banking, FMCD, And Paints/Cements Sectors
  • Recruit, Train, And Oversee Sales, Business Development (BD), Human Resources (HR), And Training Teams
  • Should be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Drive Sales:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for the company
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our customer base and market share
  • Manage Relationships with Key Stakeholders in Hospitals:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, doctors, and finance managers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Sales Planning and Review /Sales Operations:
  • Regularly review sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities
  • Responsible for Zone P&LManage the profit and loss (P&L) for the designated zone, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
  • Monitor financial performance metrics and take proactive measures to address any variances or challenges
  • Empanel key corporates through corporate tie-ups and hospital camps:
  • Organize and facilitate hospital camps in collaboration with corporate partners to showcase our offerings and engage with potential clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities aimed at driving corporate adoption of our company

Eligibility.

  • Post Graduate / Masters degree (Preferred) in Marketing /Sales/Business or similar
  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience
