State head would be responsible for min 1 GW of assets for designated state State head would work closely with WIND Business head.

  • Must be a strong technical acumen & have good exposure on multi technology wind farms with min years' experience.

  • Drive the performance of assets while improving MA and GA with primary focus on zeroing opportunity losses.

  • Regular Coordination with concerned staff for routine O&M activities and other works at clusters/plants.

  • Coordination with all the Dept./ wings at H.O., (interfacing with plants, organizing details.

  • Preparing, Processing, and monitoring the monthly budgets and coordinating for funds.

  • Accountable for effective monitoring of Operation & Maintenance of Wind Plants.

  • Develop the annual operating plan for the zone and responsible for-profit centre constantly to improve.

  • Accountable for achieving the Integrated Management System Objectives and Targets.

  • Reporting on the performance of the Integrated Management System to SBU Head Wind

  • O&M In-charge, Management Representative and Chief Information Security Officer,

  • Root Cause Analysis/ investigation of failures, corrective measures.

Position Qualifications:

  • Should be a Masters/Graduate holder in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with min years of experience in wind industry.

  • Core competencies on WTG & BOP operations & maintenance.

  • Good understanding of wind plant operation and contractual arrangements.

  • Experience in managing portfolios of wind farm assets, developing productive partnerships, and staying attuned to industry trends and developments.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Keen multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills; attention to detail.

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
