Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a State Head located in Hyderabad. The State Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations within the state, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring targets are met. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and providing leadership and guidance to the team. The role also involves liaising with government agencies and private stakeholders to promote and expand Mobitech's solutions in the agricultural sector.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Team Management skills
  • Experience in Project Management and Operations
  • Knowledge of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Fertigation practices
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using Technology and Software relevant to the role
  • Ability to travel within the state as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
