We work with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and real estate developers to create high-yield investment opportunities. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to drive sales in commercial real estate investments, fractional sales, UDS (Undivided Share) sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, investment advisory, or commercial leasing, with the ability to build relationships and close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities:Drive sales for commercial real estate, fractional ownership, UDS sales, and managed office spaces. Identify and engage with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and corporate clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, investment firms, and channel partners. Educate clients about commercial real estate investment opportunities and financial returns. Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead qualification to closure.

Stay updated with market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities. Work closely with internal teams to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets. Requirements:2-6 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, fractional sales, UDS sales etc.

Experience in financial or investment advisory is a plus. Strong network in the Bangalore real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Fluency in Kannada is preferred, along with English. Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What
