Requirements Key Roles & Responsibilities (Director / Vice President):

  • Define and execute departmental vision and recruitment strategy aligned with organizational goals.

  • Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition operations including workforce planning, delivery, and client satisfaction.

  • Lead large teams (8–25 members including AVPs and Directors), fostering a high-performance, goal-oriented culture.

  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored for niche, volume, and leadership hiring.

  • Leverage AI/ML-powered recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and automation tools to enhance hiring quality and speed.

  • Establish and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency and talent outcomes.

  • Own client relationships and delivery excellence—ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous business growth.

  • Lead digital transformation in recruitment practices and support strategic growth initiatives across business units.

  • Drive leadership development, succession planning, and upskilling programs across the department.

  • Ensure strong candidate experience, employer branding, and stakeholder engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle.
