Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President Operations at Goyaz Silver Jewellery, located in Hyderabad. The Vice President Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, managing supply chain logistics, and developing operational strategies. This role involves collaborating with different departments to ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards across all functions. Additionally, the Vice President Operations will be tasked with implementing best practices, managing budgets, and leading a team of professionals to drive the organization's success.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience in supply chain logistics and operational strategy development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Knowledge of best practices in operational efficiency and quality standards
- Relevant experience in the retail or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
