Job Title: Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will play a key role in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent to meet our organization's or clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, company culture, and recruitment needs.
  • Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the pre-onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
