We're looking for a proactive Business Development & Project Manager who can drive growth and ensure smooth execution of client campaigns from start to finish.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Identify and convert new business leads for digital marketing services.
  • Prepare customized proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.
  • Lead sales meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly business targets and maintain lead pipelines.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on revenue and growth strategy.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, budgets, and KPIs for ongoing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Content, SEO, Performance, etc.).
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Use tools like Trello, Asana, or similar for task and team management.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, address concerns, and build trust.
  • Provide performance reports and insights on campaign health.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven experience in business development & project/client management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in *creating proposals, SOWs, and handling client pitches*.
  • Familiar with basic performance metrics (CTR, ROI, CPL, etc.).
  • Ability to manage pressure, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and team-first attitude.
