Business Development Manager

BNB Engineers and Consultants (BNBEC) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development
Manager to support our growing team and global principals in the oil and gasrenewable sector in the Indian
market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Energy sector and a proven track record of
building relationships, and a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Experienced
Professionals with 8-10 years of experience are ideal candidates for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gasrenewable sector in the Indian market
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry
leaders.
3. Liaison with international equipment manufactures from Japan, Korea, China, Europe, USA for sales in Indian
downstream industry.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies, competitor
activity, and emerging opportunities in the Indian downstream industry
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and procurement to drive business growth
and deliver projects.
6. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field with 8-10 years of work experience in relevant field
2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the oil and gasrenewable industry.
3. Strong experience in working with all the major national oil companies and major EPC players in the oil and
gas/renewable industry
3. Strong understanding of the oil and gas sector, including market trends, technologies, and regulatory
requirements.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. MBA or advanced degree in Business or related field Preferred but not mandatory
2. Experience with international business development, including working with global clients and partners.
3. In Depth knowledge of oil and gas industry-preferably in refining and petrochemical industry
