We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales & Client Acquisition
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Recommend strategies to expand market reach and improve offerings.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
