Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Operations Manager will manage day-to-day operations, ensure customer satisfaction, analyze sales data, and improve customer service processes. The role involves developing and implementing operations strategies, overseeing sales performance, and coordinating with different departments for smooth operations.

CTC - Upto 8 Lac + (Upto 25K Monthly Incentive)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Drive top-line sales across all assigned stores through effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor store KPIs: conversion rate, ATV, UPT, footfall, and target achievement
  • Guide store teams in upselling, cross-selling, and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ensure implementation of in-store promotions, product launches, and merchandising standards
  • Analyze sales trends and consumer behavior to improve performance

Operations Management:

  • Ensure seamless daily operations across stores as per SOPs and brand guidelines
  • Oversee inventory management: replenishment, shrinkage control, and stock accuracy
  • Conduct store audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and visual standards
  • Coordinate with backend teams: logistics, supply chain, and marketing
  • Maintain store hygiene, upkeep, and operational readiness at all times

People Management:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor store managers and retail staff
  • Drive staff productivity and ensure performance appraisals are data-driven
  • Support recruitment, training, and retention of high-performing teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-first thinking

Required Skills & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Retail, or related field

5+ years of experience in multi-store retail management

Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills

Sound understanding of sales analytics and retail KPIs

Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and retail management systems

Willingness to travel frequently to store locations
