About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Operations Executive to manage and support our growing offline business in both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels. This role will be crucial in driving operational excellence across our partnerships with major offline retailers in global markets such as the USA, UK, Canada, and others.

The candidate will own the end-to-end coordination of sales operations from onboarding and KYC to receivables tracking, agreement compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and regularly update the Customer Master database for GT & MT channels.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new customers, including complete documentation and KYC compliance.
  • Coordinate and manage customer credit terms in alignment with internal policies and agreements.
  • Ensure smooth billing processes, coordinating with finance, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Track and record variable spends (trade schemes, discounts, incentives), ensuring they are within agreed terms.
  • Calculate and verify commissions for agents, partners, and distributors.
  • Follow up diligently on receivables to ensure timely collections and accurate reconciliations.
  • Review retailer/distributor agreements, identify critical clauses, and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare secondary sales summaries, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports for internal reviews and management.
  • Identify and resolve OOS (Out-of-Stock) issues across partner stores and platforms.
  • Maintain the data records, uploading bills, making entries etc.
  • Track SOH (Stock on Hand), DOH (Days on Hand), and SMNM (Slow/Non-Moving Material) across retail partners to optimize inventory management.

Requirements:

  • 58 years of experience in sales operations, retail coordination, or channel support (GT/MT)
  • Experience in FMCG, D2C brands, Consumer Durables, or Retail
  • Strong understanding of sales backend processes onboarding, credit, commissions, receivables
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, dashboards, and basic data analysis
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Prior exposure to international retail operations or coordination with global markets is a plus
