Job Role :

Client acquisition :

  • Maintaining and managing client relationships throughout.

  • Meeting sales targets and meeting our B2B clients( MNCs)

  • Identifying new sales leads

  • Experience Recruitment sales.

  • Responsible for cold calling, lead generation and contact closures for different Industry verticals

  • Responsible for New Business for End to End cycle recruitment, Sourcing and Bench Marketing also.

  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new market.

  • Conceptualizing & implementing strategies for acquiring the business from clients and effectively using existing accounts to reach targeted sales numbers

  • Analyzing the latest marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

  • Mapping client's requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations, and demonstrations

  • Plan effective lead generation campaigns as per the target market segments

  • Plan regular follow-ups, set-up meetings along with clients on requirement understanding, organizing demos to provide effective Recruitment solutions.

  • Develop a strong pipeline of business using various methods of business development

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong closing and planning abilities

  • Business commercial awareness

  • Sound working knowledge of MS Office packages

  • Proven ability to achieve targets under pressure
