Job Role :
Client acquisition :
Maintaining and managing client relationships throughout.
Meeting sales targets and meeting our B2B clients( MNCs)
Identifying new sales leads
Experience Recruitment sales.
Responsible for cold calling, lead generation and contact closures for different Industry verticals
Responsible for New Business for End to End cycle recruitment, Sourcing and Bench Marketing also.
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new market.
Conceptualizing & implementing strategies for acquiring the business from clients and effectively using existing accounts to reach targeted sales numbers
Analyzing the latest marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
Mapping client's requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations, and demonstrations
Plan effective lead generation campaigns as per the target market segments
Plan regular follow-ups, set-up meetings along with clients on requirement understanding, organizing demos to provide effective Recruitment solutions.
Develop a strong pipeline of business using various methods of business development
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Strong closing and planning abilities
Business commercial awareness
Sound working knowledge of MS Office packages
Proven ability to achieve targets under pressure
