Executive Talent Acquisition Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Talent Acquisition Leader with 3-7 years of experience in talent acquisition.

Job description

As an Executive Talent Acquisition Leader, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy and building relationships with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to fill open positions as per business requirements.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profiles and understand overall needs and requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment efforts with recruitment vendors and negotiate contracts and fee arrangements.
  • Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Recruitment Manager.
  • Interact effectively with all levels of employees, management, as well as with other Talent Acquisition team members.

Requirements:

  • Must Possess 3-7 years of experience in similar role.
  • Must have significant recruiter experience, in multiple recruiting environments with a wide variety of job disciplines.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and maintain them over time.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Must have a strong target orientation coupled with high integrity.
