Role Overview

This hybrid role combines end-to-end recruitment expertise with client account management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be skilled at sourcing top talent in Banking and Financial Services, while also owning client relationships, ensuring seamless delivery, and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Candidate Focus):

  • Source, screen, and recruit top talent across financial services functionsincluding Retail & Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Risk, Compliance, Operations—along with specialized roles such as Financial Planning & Analysis Managers, Sales Relationship Managers, Sales Executives, Branch/Cluster Managers, and Agency Sales Heads.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Deliver quality profiles within tight turnaround times (48–72 hours).
  • Maintain long-term candidate engagement and retention.

Account Management (Client Focus):

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders across Banking/Finance accounts.
  • Partner with clients to understand staffing needs, workforce models, and SLAs.
  • Prioritize open positions with the delivery team to ensure timely closures.
  • Build strategic relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts (cross-sell/upsell).
  • Provide regular performance reports, market insights, and hiring updates to clients.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–10 years in banking & finance recruitment & account management, with strong exposure to Banking/Finance staffing in the Indian market.
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of roles across banking operations, risk, compliance, finance, and sales leadership.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent sourcing skills (company database, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking).

  • Strong client-facing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple mandates in a target-driven environment.
  • Metrics-driven with focus on time-to-fill, quality of hire, and client satisfaction.

  • Proven track record of account growth and consistent closures in the domestic market.
