About the Role:
Were looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and strategic Head of B2B Sales to spearhead our enterprise sales initiatives. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll own the B2B sales function from developing go-to-market strategies to closing enterprise deals and building a high-performance sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall B2B sales strategy aligned with business goals
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and revenue opportunities
- Build and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline and forecasting model
Requirements:
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing high-value deals
- Experience selling SaaS, tech solutions, enterprise services, or large-scale B2B products
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with execution mindset
- Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
