About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Sales Head to lead and oversee the organizations sales strategy, team, and revenue growth initiatives. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing sales plans, building a high-performing team, managing key client relationships, and driving market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential revenue streams.
  • Analyze market data, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to build a high-performing sales organization.
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven sales culture.

Business Development & Client Management

  • Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and strategic accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Participate in major client meetings, presentations, and business pitches.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Experience in B2B, B2C, or SaaS sales, depending on the organizations sector.
  • Familiarity with digital sales strategies and lead generation tools.
  • Experience in multi-regional or international sales management.
