
Banquet Sales Manager

The Banquet Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue through banquet sales, conferences, weddings, meetings, and other social or corporate events. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with operational teams, and ensuring seamless execution of events while meeting sales targets and maintaining high guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for banquets, conferences, weddings, and events.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to showcase banquet facilities.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, packages, and pricing with clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and customize event solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate and social clients for repeat business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Coordinate with Banquet Operations, F&B, Kitchen, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand presence.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
