Banquet Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Banquet Sales Executive is responsible for driving banquet and event sales for the property by identifying business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between the client and operations team to deliver exceptional service and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, solicit, and secure new banquet and event business through proactive sales calls, site visits, and networking.
- Respond promptly to banquet/event inquiries and follow up with clients to close sales.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the banquet operations team to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Conduct site inspections and walk-throughs with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly banquet sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the venue.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in banquet/event sales or hospitality sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹32, ₹40,000.00 per month
