Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources department and drive HR initiatives aligned with our company's strategic goals. The Senior HR Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support our organisation's growth and success. Key Responsibilities  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. 2. Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, talent development, performance management, and succession planning. 3. Organizational Development: Drive organizational change, culture transformation, and employee engagement initiatives. 4. Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. 5. Communication: Foster open communication, transparency, and collaboration across the organization. 6. HR Operations: Manage HR systems, processes, and infrastructure, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits. 7. Budgeting and Cost Management: Oversee HR budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation. 8. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience working in a corporate environment, preferably in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, or conglomerates like Tata. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Proven track record of leading HR initiatives and programs that drive business results Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies and actions. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high -performing HR team.
