Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Partnerships at FINSSO FINTECH AND ADVISORS PVT LTD. The role is based in Ahmedabad, with the flexibility to work from home partially. The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for building and managing business relationships, identifying and securing partnerships, and driving strategic initiatives to expand the organization's network and reach. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align partnership strategies with business objectives and utilizing analytical insights to optimize partnership performance.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Relationship Management and Partnerships to foster and maintain successful collaborations.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess partnership performance and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and present strategies.
- Proven ability to establish and manage Strategic Partnerships that align with organizational goals.
- Leadership skills and an ability to motivate cross-functional teams towards partnership successes.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in fintech or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
