Role Summary:
Seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing & Business Development Head to drive growth, expand market presence, and manage client relationships, particularly in industries utilizing aluminum extrusion profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive sales efforts and lead customer negotiations.
- Enhance client experience and build long-term partnerships.
- Track and manage marketing expenses and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: MBA or BE (Mechanical)
- Experience: Min. 2 years in relevant industry
- Skills: Market research, sales, negotiation, communication, MS Office
