Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Department (Production) to lead our manufacturing operations for industrial air filtration and dust collection systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in air pollution control technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing end-to-end production in a high-precision, quality-driven environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in dust collection systems, air pollution control, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication, assembly, and testing of air filtration equipment.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools, ERP systems, and production planning software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
